What We Do
Years of experience
I have known Erika Kelley for a decade. She is an excellent trainer and facilitator and mentor to women, particularly those from vulnerable backgrounds. For the past few years, I have contracted with Erika to lead a workshop for my Literacy in Early Childhood Education teacher candidate class. Erika created a learning space to write, share and discuss connections to early childhood literacy and curriculum/standards, mindfulness (SEL), and mental health/wellness. She inspires us to integrate poetry in our classrooms and helps us see other perspectives with an open-mind and warm heart.
Erika is a caring human. I have known her for over a decade and am always so excited to collaborate with her on many levels. In my teaching space, I have partnered with Erika to facilitate workshops on poetry and writing. Each time a safe space is built in so people can be expressive and really tap into their ideas and emotions while feeling supported. Talking with Erika one on one is another space where you feel listened to and validated. All that she incorporates, into all that she does, are things that she has done. She is all about growth and expansion and helping people to be the best versions of themselves.
Erika and the consulting team at Sage Horizons, LLC are tremendous thought partners and strategists! I am a small business owner of a rapidly-growing company. With her unique approach, Erika helped to identify what programs and services would be most effective and beneficial for vulnerable women, while CFO Charles Druid delivered practical, tactical solutions. Sage Horizons, LLC’s contribution and guidance helped me develop short and long-term goals and strategies to further implement the vision of my company, which has been invaluable. Erika and Charles come highly recommended.
