S.A.G.E. Horizons
Support to women who Aspire to Grow and Explore new horizons.
As a mission-driven organization, we support and uplift women in direct response to the mental health impact of traumatic events, like the COVID-19 pandemic. Using an arts-based approach and Healing Centered Engagement (HCE) poetry framework:
- We cultivate partnerships with organizations committed to policy and systems change, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) and the promotion of mental health and wellness in the workplace.
- We train and coach professionals in the public and private sector, at the national, state and local levels, via virtual and in-person workshops, conferences and webinars, to address Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs) and build a trauma-informed and trauma-responsive workforce.
- We educate parents and caregivers, virtually and in-person, on strategies to reduce and prevent ACEs and promote enhance parenting skills.
Sage Horizons, LLC is certified as a SBE (Small Business Enterprise), WBE (Women-Owned Business Enterprise), and MWBE (Minority and Woman-Owned Business Enterprise).

I have known Erika Kelley for a decade. She is an excellent trainer and facilitator and mentor to women, particularly those from vulnerable backgrounds. For the past few years, I have contracted with Erika to lead a workshop for my Literacy in Early Childhood Education teacher candidate class.
